SMAU CTARSA Alumni Association Platform. The design process started with an initial meeting to understand the problems the platform aimed to solve.
Identifying Needs and Proposing Solutions
I gathered insights and identified key needs, such as creating:
A hub for alumni interactions.
Sharing exclusive and public information.
Connecting alumni with the foundation to support school development.
I hypothesized that:
Alumni biodata with privacy controls.
A section for donation information.
Showcasing alumni achievements.
Sharing scholarships, job opportunities, and other relevant updates.
Admin approval for account security.
Research and Prototyping
I researched similar platforms for inspiration and created a prototype using Figma.
Presentation and Discussion
In the next meeting, I presented the design, which received valuable feedback, such as adding a discussion feature and a Contact Us page.
fter implementing the revisions, I conducted testing with management and alumni representatives. The platform successfully met expectations and was well-received.
